Portsmouth Citadel Salvation Army has lots of events organised through the year. Most are free and are held in our own hall in Lake Road. Take a look below at what’s going on, it would be great to see you at a Salvation Army event.
Sunday Programme
Our main services on a Sunday are held at 10am and 5pm, in our Lake Road building. There’s no need for a uniform, no need to participate, and no need to have any faith. Just come along and see what you think.
Our 10am service usually features music from our bands and choirs, times of reflection and prayer, and a thought and message from the leader of the meeting. The 5pm one takes a variety of forms – and some are very informal.
